About Matt Eitner
After attending Kania School of Management at the University of Scranton, Matt Eitner began his career as an Equities Trader and associate in International Strategy and Investment at NDB Capital Markets, now Deutsche Bank. After this position, Matt Eitner joined New York-based boutique investment firm Casimir Capital LP as Vice President where he served for six years before joining Aegis Capital Corp. as Managing Director of the firm’s Private Client Group.
In 2010, Mr. Eitner joined Laidlaw & Company Ltd., and was promoted to his current position of Chief Executive Officer six months later. At Laidlaw, he oversees the Wealth management, Investment Advisory, Corporate Research, and M&A consultancy services of the firm, which is registered under FINRA, MSRB, and SIPC. He has also managed the firm’s expansion into critical healthcare verticals in both New York and London.
In his free time, Matt Eitner enjoys youth sports, entertaining friends and family, going to the beach, and cooking. He also attends investment industry events.
